33bm Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless context requires otherwise:

• "33bm", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 33bm platform accessible at 33bm.asia and all associated mobile and web interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 33bm website, mobile web application, and all products, services, games, and betting markets made available through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager through the 33bm Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the 33bm Platform.
• "Funds" means any currency balance (denominated in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) held in a player's 33bm Account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed on a sporting event or casino game outcome via the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under 33bm's anti-fraud and player safety policies.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit incentive offered by 33bm subject to separate promotional terms.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all Platform transactions, bet settlement, and support operations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 33bm Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 33bm Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or betting markets.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 33bm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law and where such access would place you in breach of that law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 33bm or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the 33bm Platform at your own request or as a result of a platform-initiated account closure.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on the 33bm Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly notify 33bm of any changes to your registration details by contacting [email protected]. 33bm accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the Player.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 33bm immediately at [email protected] and change your password.
• 33bm reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

In order to process withdrawals, adjust account limits, or investigate account security concerns, 33bm may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad account statement confirming your registered address, dated within 90 days.
• A selfie holding your identity document, if requested by the 33bm compliance team.
• Screenshot confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits and withdrawals.

33bm will endeavour to complete KYC review within 2 business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be placed on hold during the KYC review period. 33bm is not liable for any losses resulting from delays in withdrawal processing during identity verification.

6 Deposits & Payments

33bm accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 33bm may apply transaction limits at its discretion.

• Deposits are credited to your 33bm Account in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions under normal operating conditions.
• 33bm does not charge a fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile wallet provider may independently charge a transaction fee; 33bm is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Only deposit methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 33bm reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if identity verification cannot be completed or if the payment method is found to belong to a third party.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a Wager has been placed against those funds.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the 33bm Account dashboard. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. Cross-method withdrawals (e.g., depositing via bKash but withdrawing to Nagad) are not permitted without prior written approval from the 33bm finance team.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no minimum number of bets required before a withdrawal of purely deposited funds (non-bonus funds) can be requested.
• Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals involving bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirement completion before release (see Section 8).
• 33bm reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 within a 24-hour period.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, 33bm may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation. The Player will be notified by email at the address registered to their Account.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

33bm may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives to registered players. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, qualifying bet minimums, minimum odds thresholds, eligible markets, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus conditions apply across all 33bm promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the minimum qualifying bet odds for wagering requirement purposes are 1.80 (decimal) or above.
• Bets placed on void, cancelled, or abandoned events do not count toward wagering requirement completion.
• 33bm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not retroactively affect a bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 33bm may void any bonus and associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee extraction of bonus funds without genuine gameplay risk.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 33bm are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. The following general betting rules apply across all sportsbook markets on the 33bm Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 33bm is not responsible for odds changes occurring after a bet is confirmed and a Bet ID has been issued.
• For cricket events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, settlement will follow the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result where applicable. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• 33bm reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting activity identified by 33bm's trading team or external integrity monitoring bodies.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (known as a "palpable error"), 33bm reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of the outcome. Players will be notified of any such void and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's betting rules section. 33bm is not obligated to pay out winnings in excess of stated maximum payout limits.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief delay in acceptance to allow for trading review. 33bm is not liable for connection issues on the player's side that result in bet placement delays during live events.

10 Casino Games

Casino games available on the 33bm Platform — including live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, and virtual table games — are provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others. Each game provider operates under its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. 33bm does not influence game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions in any casino game void all plays and stakes are returned. 33bm is not responsible for losses arising from game provider server outages or software errors originating outside the 33bm Platform.
• Live casino games are subject to table-specific minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the game interface.
• Players acknowledge that casino games involve financial risk and that the house edge means the long-term expected return to the player is less than 100%. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available from the respective game provider.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bm Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or to unfairly extract bonus funds.
• Exploiting Platform errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at artificially advantageous odds.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity, or making deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in systematic low-risk arbitrage betting or "gubbing" strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform's betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 33bm support staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or the Platform's backend systems without authorisation.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

33bm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted via the Platform dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement body.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the Account that are not subject to dispute or forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days, after deducting any applicable bonuses or promotional credits that have not met their wagering requirements.

13 Responsible Gaming

33bm is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is blocked and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block all future registration attempts from your associated details. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and cannot be lifted at a later date.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bm Platform — including but not limited to the 33bm brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 33bm or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the 33bm Platform without express prior written consent from 33bm. Unauthorised use of Platform content will be subject to legal action.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bm's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 33bm in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33bm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; financial losses beyond deposited amounts; or emotional distress. 33bm is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

16 Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data when using the 33bm Platform is governed by the 33bm Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your personal information is handled.

17 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 33bm Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 33bm operates as an offshore platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 33bm Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

Any dispute between you and 33bm that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. 33bm's decision on all betting and casino disputes is final, subject only to manifest error.

18 Amendments

33bm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 33bm will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date shown in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.
